Return Policy

  • The first item must be returned within 3 days of delivery; otherwise, an exchange cannot be processed.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new item.
  • The new item will be shipped once Tres Primaveras receives the returned item and verifies that it is in the same condition as when it was originally delivered.
  • Refunds are not accepted.
