National returns
- The first garment must be returned within 3 days of delivery, otherwise it cannot be exchanged.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return and the new product.
- The new garment will be sent once Tres Primaveras receives the previous one and verifies that it is in the same condition as when it was first delivered.
- No refunds are accepted.
International returns
- We do not issue refunds.
- Exchanges may be requested within three days of receiving the package, provided the item is unworn, still has its tags, and is in perfect condition.
- Shipping costs for the exchange (return and reshipment), as well as any taxes or customs fees, will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability; alternatively, the customer may opt for store credit valid for up to three months.
