• The first garment must be returned within 3 days of delivery, otherwise it cannot be exchanged.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return and the new product.
• The new garment will be sent once Tres Primaveras receives the previous one and verifies that it is in the same condition as when it was first delivered.
• No refunds are accepted.
